Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $299. 

STANDARD SHIPPING Flat $18.00 shipping fee for orders under $298. Order transit time is 3-9 business days.

2-DAY SHIPPING at a flat rate of $28

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RATES:

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Flat $17.00 (USD) fee on all orders. Order transit time is 4-8 business days.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Flat $24.00 (USD) fee on all orders. Order transit time is 2-3 business days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to ship all orders as soon as possible, within 24 - 48 hours of the customers purchase date. Please note, if selecting our overnight shipping option for Domestic Orders, it will ship the following day if placed after 11 AM PST. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on the below observed Holidays: Victoria Day, July 1st,  Labour Day (Canada), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Any orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday, and any orders placed on a Holiday will be shipped the following business day.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If at the time of delivery an order is refused please note you will not be refunded for any potential shipping costs.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

MILLEN accepts refunds or exchanges in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

While we offer free exchanges, return labels are provided with a $10 handling fee for shipping. All original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Please note, returns take 2-3 business days to process once goods are received. Also do note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
